The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced and switched on Team Administrator to support the Director and an amazing team of 15. Ideally you will have strong knowledge and experience using XPM, as well as dealings with ATO and other external government bodies.
Your duties and responsibilities may include:
- Preparing client correspondences
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Collation of financial statements, tax returns
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
- Previous experience working within an Accounting firm is highly desirable
- Ability to use XPM would be advantageous
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
