About the Role

 

In this role, you will lead administrative functions/communications, document management, team cost control and assist with workforce capacity planning for the Technology Remote Operations (TROC) team.
TROC is large 24/7 team responsible for technology incident management, asset health monitoring, governance, and co-ordination of technology changes across the Australian assets. The TROC also works to continuously improve incident resolution and prevention approaches. 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Drive efficiency across administrative processes and operational routines.  
  • Design and lead document management practices. 
  • Support financial cost control, reporting and end of month processes.
  • Supports workforce roster and capacity planning.
  • Identify, engage and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Embrace a high performing culture by taking accountability for your actions and performance, producing quality deliverables and always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.  
  • Foster a positive team culture and acts respectfully and fairly with all team members, embracing differences so that everyone feels cared for and included.

About You

 

  • Demonstrate experience in a similar role ideally in supporting teams operating 24/7.
  • Proven experience using SAP system.
  • Strong financial acumen and cost control background.
  • Experience in Sharepoint administration.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to adjust to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous workforce capacity and roster management is desirable.
  • Mining or IT industry is desirable.
  • ITIL knowledge would be beneficial.
