The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative support professional to join our growing project team. To be successful in this role, you will be adept at managing mutiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment, with a proactive and positive approach to supporting the onboarding process for new project team members, managing staff accommodation, and coordinating training requirements. We are looking for someone with highly developed organisational skills, and who loves to multi-task and be part of a close-knit team.
We're looking for someone with:
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience providing administrative support, preferrably gained within the civil construction, utilities or related industry (Essential).
Demonstrated ability to use contemporarysoftware applications - MS Office (Essential), Google Suite would be an advantage.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.
Class C Drivers Licence (essential).
