Team Assistant/ Executive Assistant to provide support to their research team of 12 members alongside other
Team Assistants.
Your new role In your new role as a Legal Administrator your tasks and duties will include, but not be limited to:
Provide administrative support to the teamDiary management for the team, arranging meetings with internal colleagues and high-profile external clients, and co-ordinating travel itinerariesArrange meetings/appointmentsArrange domestic and international travelReconciliation and processing of monthly AMEX statementsInvoice managementHigh level secretarial assistance, including typing of documents, emails and reports, photocopying, printing, and binding, preparation of client documents Screening and directing incoming telephone callsDrafting and preparation of correspondence and maintaining and updating records/databasesAssisting all other assistants and their teams when required, e.g., covering assistants when on leave, helping with workload generally.
