- Provide administrative support to the Securities and Payments General Managers. This will include support for up to seven GM’s with varying levels of support needed.
- This will include but is not limited to:
- ‒ Calendar, diary and inbox management
- ‒ Assisting with meeting preparation: logistics (MS Teams, hybrid and in person), collating document packs, booking meeting rooms and catering when required
- ‒ Preparing documents, presentations, minute / action taking and filing
- ‒ Preparing purchase orders, paying invoices and expense reconciliation
- Assisting with the wider team
- ‒ Ordering business cards, office supplies, stationery
- ‒ Coordinate desk top IT support
- ‒ Coordinate new starters set up
- ‒ Assist with team meetings, social gatherings and Anniversaries, purchasing staff gifts
- Backup assistance for EA
- Ad hoc items as required
- Experience in a busy corporate environment
- 3+ years administrative experience in Financial Services
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritise accordingly
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English skills & full Australian working rights
