This role is located in Seven Hills, NSW. We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. The role is office-based and is located at a non-busy reception.
The tasks, including but not limited to are:
- Office/Building/Workshop Administration
- Team Assistance
- Data entry and follow ups
- Inbox management
- Document and records management – as assigned
Skills required:
- Hands-on Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Clerk experience over 2 years
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Ability to understand and learn new IT systems
- ERP system (SAP preferable) knowledge and hands-on experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- Flexibility
- Ability to prioritise tasks of different deadlines and importance
- Sound time management skills
- Approachability in dealing with internal and external parties
