On behalf of our client, a prestigious education provider, we are looking for a Team Assistant to work alongside the Client Services team – helping to provide administration support to the Director.
The role will encompass a wide variety of tasks and we are looking for an organised, hands-on, all-rounder who will have a focus on managing the clients administration support, communications and relationship management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, have excellent attention to detail in every aspect of the role and be able to communicate with people at all levels. Professionalism and the ability to work a process and tight deadlines are a must.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director with executive support, diary management, travel administration and other duties as directed
- Minute-taking in meetings
- Organising meetings and scheduling
- Preparing reports
- Researching and preparing articles and content for the website to enhance business
- Be the go-to person for the clients, respond to any inquiries
- Sending out gifts, thank you notes etc to clients
- Assisting with organising events
- Collected data and formatting information for monthly reports
- Prepare briefing notes on people attending a function
The ideal candidate will come from an Administration background, and have experience with Diary Management. A client services background is also desirable as this role is to assist with clients.
You will need to be able to work in a small team and have a high level of competence and confidence in technology – databases, email, email software, and has strong communication skills and be able to manage upwards.
