The Role
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious candidate seeking to advance their career into an Team Assistant role.
The Team Assistant supports a positive workplace culture through efficient administrative support. This role ensures smooth operations in collaboration with various departments.
At this consultancy, they value a team player attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to excel. Work alongside an amazing EA and report into HR. They will support you with onboarding and training for this role, and be part of a wider small support team who are well respected in this medium sized business.
While prior experience in professional services or corporate environments is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and inclusive work culture. The business considers themselves to be flexible. The opportunity to WFH 1 day per week is available once fully trained and onboarded in the role.
The Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Handle phone and email inquiries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and setups.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies, and cleanliness.
- Manage supplier relationships and regular maintenance.
- Ensure WHS compliance and manage building access.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Organise internal activities and external conferences.
- Coordinate client events, including catering and setup.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
- Open to candidates with a solid 1-2 years administration experience in a role such as Receptionist or Office Assistant.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in various work environments
