Job description:

We are looking for a proactive, approachable and helpful Team Assistant to support our Land Lease Community (LLC) Development team. You will be part of the Development team delivering a portfolio of projects at varying stages of the development cycle from Noth Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast.

Ideally based from our Sunshine Coast or Burpengary office this is a permanent full-time role, offering flexibility to balance working between the office, project offices and home.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Processing of purchase orders and invoicing using SAP
  • Assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks
  • Arranging meetings, preparation of minutes, agendas, and reports
  • Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence, and project files for easy retrieval
  • Administration duties for major development projects including, but not limited to, procurement administration (raising POs and supplier creation), ensuring invoices are paid on time and maintaining project cost records
  • Diary management, travel bookings, stationery orders, typing, corporate expenses and organisation of approvals
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders
  • Use good communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure meetings are booked, meetings/events are attended, reports/presentations are accurate and prepared by set deadlines etc

About you

  • Possess experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced team environment
  • Be highly organised, energetic, and strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach
  • Ideally possess demonstrated experience using SAP systems
  • Have strong levels of attention to detail and committed to achieving quality outcomes
  • Be approachable and flexible
  • Microsoft suite skills advantageous
