The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to provide efficient and effective support and coordination for two Executive Managers and their teams, as well as a very high level of administration. The Team Assistant will be well organised, flexible, thorough, and self-motivated, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
An important component of this role is to build strong relationships within the immediate team, across the broader IAG business, and with External Stakeholders. The Assistant is expected to exercise a level of confidentiality and judgment whilst undertaking a number of concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation, time and stakeholder management skills which are critical to this position.About You

• 3 years' experience in a Corporate Office Assistant/Admin/Team Assistant role.
• Experience in a legal firm is desirable, though not essential.
• Strong computer literacy (essential).
• Organised and professional with an ability to perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and professional with an ability to perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extensive experience across the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with the following is desirable; uBuy, Concur, CMT, DocuSign, iManage, Exigent and Xakia.
