Your Role
As a Team Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and coordination for the Executive Manager, Talent Acquisition and wider Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
The Assistant will be well organised, flexible, thorough, and self-motivated, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate continuous attention to detail.
Your proven ability to build and foster strong relationships at the executive level within the immediate team, across the broader IAG business and with external stakeholders will be critical to your success and the execution of the business strategy. You will exercise a level of confidentiality and judgment whilst undertaking concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent prioritisation, time and stakeholder engagement skills which are critical to this position.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney.
About You
- Excellent computer literacy and Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiar using SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, WebEx.
- Strategic mindset, financial acumen and customer-centric focus.
- Experience supporting Senior leaders
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to drive success.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Self-awareness and discretion and working with a high level of confidentiality
- Understanding of working in a commercially sensitive environment.
