THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our growing and evolving team. Within this role you will bring your customer focused attitude to work on a variety of administrative tasks with your flexible and agile approach.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home. working arrangement post training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confident in managing incoming and outgoing phone calls to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines and work with a large volume of tasks
  • Co-ordinate medical/travel bookings and liaise with third party providers.
  • Strong computer skills and able to manage multiple systems at one time.

  • The ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and what is important to them to enable their recovery and return to work.
  • Knowledge of the relevant worker's compensation legislation and regulations is considered beneficial.
