Team Coordinator – Workforce Management

As our Team Coordinator, reporting to the Group Workforce Planning Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Workforce Planning team in its day-to-day operations. This includes the coordination and facilitation of project meetings and activities, organising internal communications, maintaining the Workforce Planning Analysts’ homepage and email distribution group.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be exposed to various People & Performance functions such as partnering with the Remuneration & Benefits team in delivering the employee Reward & Recognition program.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, configuration and management of user access, security profiles and user groups in the rostering management system.
- Organise and distribute required material, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action items, in preparation for meetings, as required.
- Work alongside stakeholders to create and assist in the training of Time Manager for all front-line leaders as part of their induction into the business.
- Assist the Remuneration & Benefits team with the delivery of the Team Member Reward & Recognition program and events and associated administration (i.e., Invitations, Letters, Certificates, Gifts, car parking, booking venues, menu, run-sheets)
- Manage inbox enquiries related to Workforce Planning and Reward & Recognition including responses to Star Awards, Service Awards, event RSVPs, and all other related general enquiries.
What we will be looking for:
- 3 years of experience in performing administrative tasks (i.e., Assistant or Reception)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within conflicting and tight timeframes
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
About you:
You are a seasoned administrative expert who has worked in a corporate environment with exposure to working with senior management and various departments. You have phenomenal organisational skills and have worked as a Team Assistant in the past.
