About the Role
The team at ABC Education are proud to bring free, high-quality education content for use at home and in the classroom. The Head of ABC Education is looking for an organised powerhouse to provide administrative support her and the team. The role will include:
- Rostering, diary and meeting management.
- Helping with travel including proposals, costings and bookings.
- Financial administration including drafting independent contractor agreements, invoice payments and other payments and reimbursements.
- Assisting across teams as needed.
About You
You have experience providing administrative support to executive level staff and have experience working in a large, complex organisation. Your skills will include:
- Organisation skills with keen attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to engage divers stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
