The Role
Working in a team of four, you act as a valuable team member and play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, events and providing administration support to a group of internal stakeholders. The role will be varied, from on-boarding and recruitment administration to social media, communications and event planning, no day will be the same!
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Calendar/diary management for the HR team
- Respond to email enquiries on behalf of the team
- Create employment contracts and letters of offer
- Drive and promote new, exciting and relevant initiatives
- Organise and plan community activities and events
- Assist with completing professional reference checks
- Coordinate interview times with candidates and send confirmation
- Assist with phone screening for potential candidates
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Provide general administrative support to the team
