What You Will Be Doing

The Coordinator of the Infant, Child and Family Team (0-11years) is a valued key leadership and management position with the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service and in partnership with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Lead is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of a small and expanding team that provides clinical services to Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula Region. This will include line management, supervision, oversight of referrals, leading secondary consultations and along with providing direct clinical services to a small number of consumers and families.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Tertiary qualifications as: Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
• RPN ONLY: Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
• AHPRA registration or AASW registration
• Advanced clinical skills, significant experience and a passion to provide effective, contemporary infant, Child and Family mental health care.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated ability to lead, promote and model collaborative and respectful professional staff relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Current Victorian Driver’s License and Working With Children Checks
