Property Network of Australia currently has an opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join a privately held property management firm at their highly regarded Shopping Centre asset in North Brisbane.
Our client is seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to support their centre management team with a variety of administration tasks and although previous Shopping Centre experience would be valuable it is not essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitating all repairs and maintenance for the properties within the portfolio
- Management of contractor register & data base
- Sourcing & Inducting new contractors and trade suppliers
- 30 day Arrears Management
- Fielding tenant enquiries and assisting with basic solutions
- Tenant email blasts, mails outs & memos when required
- Maintaining key register software program and ordering new keys
- Routinely updating portfolio summary spreadsheets and reporting to management
- Routinely updating portfolio building manuals
- Assisting with answering phones
- General administration duties / support for the Asset Managers
- Assist and Co-ordinate End of Month Reports process on behalf of Asset Managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills along with a positive attitude and a willingness to use their initiative. Previous CRM/Cloud based software knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills are also essential.
