Remuneration: $81,581 per annum - $108,532 per annum + super and annual leave loading
Location: State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

We take a values-based leadership approach putting our people at the centre of everything we do, striving to deliver our mission of Excellence in Care through our CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Team Lead Stores is required to effectively and efficiently manage and coordinate all store activities for the NSW Ambulance Fleet, Equipment and Uniform unit to enable NSW Ambulance to meet its operational and business objectives. The role is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing stock, stock on hand levels for consumables and spare parts, safe and efficient material handling and storage, workshop equipment and distribution activities for the NSW Ambulance Fleet, Equipment and Uniform unit to enable NSW Ambulance to meet its operational and business objectives.Please refer to the and for further information.OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE (for eligible employees)Besides your salary, you’ll also have access to:

ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
  • Proven knowledge of and relevant experience in procurement practices, distribution, stores/warehousing, use and application of Health-related medical equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to apply planning and reporting concepts, demonstrated understanding of warehouse management and systems
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with contractors and service providers and maintain auditable records; arrange regular servicing, maintenance, and testing; responding to performance difficulties relating to medical equipment
  • Effective planning and organising skills and the demonstrated ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment where attention to detail is essential; effective task allocation and work prioritisation to staff
  • Well-developed oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment in providing effective procurement and warehousing services, and to interact with involved staff, managers and external stakeholders.
  • Have a current forklift licence
