As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Additionally, developing and engaging your team will be a key priority, and you will build capability and drive engagement through a focus on creating collaborative relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that safe working practices are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure the Department maintains GMP, Hygiene Standards and that Quality procedures/requirements are met.
- Develop and coach associates to achieve and exceed production targets whilst maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Lead, coach and mentor direct reports to ensure individual development and team engagement.
- End-to-end process management for your team and work area.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality and efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated skills in driving a team to achieve business objectives and implement corrective actions.
- Strong People Leader
- Previous manufacturing experience in a similar role is desirable.
- High standards in safety culture as well as people and environmental welfare.
- HACCP and GMP with a focus on high Quality and Food Safety standards.
