The Role:
Our client is a leading Not for Profit across the community services remit. Within this role, you will support a small team of alcohol and Other Drugs clinicians. You will pioneer a new program and assess, monitor and establish high level quality service and support your client group. The Team Leader will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment and coordinating recruitment, counselling and rostering. You will also hold a small caseload in this role and develop realistic treatment plans for your client base.
Criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience as a people leader, with success in leading others in the delivery of program services.
- Willingness to undertake a police check and WWCC and the ability to enter NSW prisons.
- A thorough understanding approach of working with challenging clients with complex issues especially across mental health or AOD / forensic fields
- Experience in conducting clinical supervision, secondary consultation and undertaking counselling sessions with team members.
- Previous experience building and fostering a high performing team
- Drivers Licence
- WWCC
- Police check and NDIS Workers check
