Your responsibilities
- Develop trade marketing tactics in line with business goals to boost sales and brand recognition.
- Conduct market analysis to unlock opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong in-market executions.
- Plan and roll out compelling promotional campaigns and events.
- Build strong relationships with our key customers and support the sales team with strategic marketing tools.
- Work closely with our leadership team to set the strategic direction for our categories & products.
- Solid background in trade marketing, sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies.
- Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.
- Experience within the FMCG industry.
- Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
