Team Leader - Civil Maintenance - Warrnambool

Who we are looking for

We have an ongoing full-time position for a Team LeaderCivil Maintenance, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $86,275 to $93,801 p.a. plus superannuation.

We're looking for someone to lead the Warrnambool Civil Maintenance Team in the effective and efficient maintenance of water and sewerage systems. 

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

• Provide oversight supervision for the safe completion of preventative, proactive, reactive, and corrective maintenance programs. 
• Monitor and provide direction as required to the Civil Maintenance Teams to ensure work orders are being completed.
• Review safe work practices and procedures in line with regulations and Zero Harm business aspirations.
• Monitor and review budget allocations.

What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for someone with 

• Relevant experience in the operation and maintenance of water and sewerage systems
• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent 
• High level of oral and written communication skills with the ability to write reports
• Ability to provide direction, leadership and on-the-job training to supervised employees.
