**Pay Rate is $75.91 per hour + Super & O/T on a temp to perm basis. **

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Daily maintenance on conveyors and other food processing equipment.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Must have food Industry Maintenance Experience : Preferred Poultry.
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or similar.
Proven experience in a food maintenance role, with a track record of leadership.
Must be based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Ability to log into FIX software works completed (Training provided.)
Technical proficiency in maintenance procedures and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Hydraulics and pneumatics (Desiraable) experience
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
