About the Business
Our Community and Aboriginal Partnerships Division helps to build community safety and wellbeing by providing support and services to children, young people and families, including those in the youth justice system, remote Aboriginal communities and people with complex and exceptional needs.
Role Details
The Team Leader, Data and Projects, is a role within the Exceptional Needs Unit (ENU) and is accountable to the Business Manager, ENU, for:
• Leading the collation, analysis and presentation of ENU client data to be communicated internally and reported to external stakeholders, such as Commonwealth Departments.
• Contributing to projects, policy initiatives, and the efficient delivery of operational support functions including the development, review and implementation of business planning outcomes across the ENU.
• Coordinating ENU client database maintenance and client reporting for the Business Services Team, ENU and the broader Directorate to support the strategic direction of ENU, by identifying gaps in data collection and proposing database design changes to best meet operational needs.
• Collating provision of client service agreement reporting and analysis to support the strategic direction of ENU from the Business Services Team.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation is desirable.

Salary Range: $84,522-$94,003 (ASO5)
