Systems Analyst

They are a fast growing e-commerce application providers for retail businesses.?Due to manpower issue and business expansion, they seek an experienced Systems Analyst to join their team.The Role:It is for a full time/hybrid role based in Parramatta, NSW with an annual salary between $85,000 to $120,000 + Superannuation.?The Responsibilities:Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirementsDevelop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methodsRun system tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum qualityLiaise with customers to determine best practices and guidelines for system functionalityPrepare training documentation for users as well as organize formal sessions and seminarsMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT and business processesUse process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system softwareUtilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of an organizationOffer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximize profits by improving systems processesMaintain and upgrade existing systems as required and conduct proactive risk mitigation planningDesign new computer systems and frameworks and troubleshooting technical issuesCollaborate with department managers, production team and management team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistentConduct training sessions and workshops on system processes and create system guidelines and manuals for the organisationConduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areasStructure and prioritise business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approvalCommunicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issuesCreate reports and interactive dashboards for the management using production line and sales data.Train users on the new ERP systems and provide supportStay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developmentsMaintain accurate records of relevant technical and business informationMonitor systems development processes to ensure successful project completion.Maintain production databases?The Requirements:Relevant degree qualifications in Information Technology or relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a system analystAt least 2 years working knowledge of mainstream ERP systems like SAP and OracleAt least 2 years developing or working knowledge of customised internal CRM and ERP systemsAt least 2 years experience with scripting languages like SQL,JavaScript, Liquid, Python, VbscriptHands on experience with information systems and documentationSolid knowledge of business information systemsDemonstrated knowledge of business analysis techniques and process improvement methodologiesStrong facilitation and influencing skillsCreativity in thinking, ideation and approachDemonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
