Enterprise & Training Company (ETC) are seeking a dynamic and influential Team Leader to join the team in Port Macquarie. This is a full-time role with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).

This role assists the Operations Manager with the provision of support and supervision for the team while managing an individual caseload. You will engage with customers and provide intensive support and coaching to help them develop skills to move towards sustainable employment while leading, coaching and developing your team.

Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check NSW and a Blue Card QLD
- Current Drivers Licence
