You will be a dedicated and motivated HR professional experienced in Establishment and Classification processes.This role leads a small team and partners with stakeholders across DPLH to provide a professional and responsive consultancy service in job design, classification and reclassification review, structural design and establishment management. You will be required to work with our business areas in the provision of solutions to position and establishment matters, so the ability to build and foster effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide a timely and quality customer service is key to success in this role.This is a permanent position. This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise within the Department and across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment. We are located in Perth CBD in a convenient location, above the Perth Underground rail; close to the Wellington Street Bus Station and City CAT services.To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
- Experience in utilising job classification frameworks and/or job design and assessment principles.
- Experience in the provision of high-level consultancy services within a human resource service environment.
- Experience using HRMIS.
