On behalf of our client which is a well established not for profit organisation in the Northern Territory we are seeking an experienced and passionate Leader to ensure their team provide a high level of support clients and offer a range of services focused on Children and families, and the community. The Community Wellbeing service consists of three programs that work together to provide a range of programs, activities, and experiences to promote wellbeing and positive family functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage triage, assessment and allocation of case management.
Supervise service delivery of the Children’s Contact Service team and Family and Community Wellbeing team.
Take on allocated complex clients for counselling and/or case management.
Provide support and guidance to ensure staff deliver high quality
Provide responsive case work and services, in line with contractual obligations, mandatory reporting legislation, and the needs of the community
Ensure contractual funding requirements in service delivery, with reference to the Program Plan
Develop and monitor best practice, evidence-based services to inform program delivery and reporting to funding bodies
Foster a cohesive team culture based on accountability, respect, reflection, and innovation
About You
Qualifications in Counselling, Social Worker, Psychology or similar or relevant sector experience in a similar role
Previous demonstrated experience leading a team in similar role.
Experience working with Indigenous people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including case note writing
Demonstrated experience in developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships

Remuneration Package
A Salary package of SCHADS Level 7 - $104K per annum + 10.5% Super P.A + Relocation Assistance + Intiial Accommodation if relocating.
