Are you ready to take the next step in Finance? Our client is looking for a Finance operation lead. From Accounts payable/receivable to audits and leading a team, no day will be the same.
About the roleYou are the backbone to a business, behind the scenes managing the workload of accounts, invoices and payments. Along with this, your leadership skills ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently for the team around you.
- Oversee workflows of the Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cash, and Bank Management modules.
- Meet internal and statutory reporting deadlines and lodgement dates.
- Achieve quality standards through internal controls and adherence to the same.
- Lead team compliance with Departmental checklists.
- Undertake internal audits and escalate findings to the Finance Manager.
- Mentor and develop Finance Officers who report to this position.
- Participate in departmental and company-wide projects as directed.
What you will need to succeedIn order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience
- Relevant experience in training, finance, or administration.
- Experience using electronic accounts processing software.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
