We are seeking Help desk Team Leader professionals at the APS5 level. The ideal candidate must have previous call centre experience and should be equipped with robust written and verbal communication.APS5 Help desk Team Leader position description:
- Support staff within the team to assist services in a timely manner.
- Reporting obligations or payment and policy queries.
- Interpreting and applying legislation obligations.
- Analysis and interpretation of data to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Support team in staff management including, break scheduling, call and email monitoring, responding to escalated phone calls.
- Organising and running team tailored training sessions.
- Providing a consistent level of high quality work.
- Experience within a call centre like environment.
- Experience within a Team Leader role.
- Baseline clearance.
- Australian Citizen.
