Team Leader Gardener

As a leading Horticultural Maintenance provider in Melbourne, with a  long history of developing and growing staff through the continual growth of our contract work, we have an opportunity for enthusiastic Horticulturists to lead teams around Truganina, Deer Park, Melton area.

A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or is required for this role, however anyone with the right attitude and experience are encouraged to apply. This is a hands on leadership position requiring good organisational skills, horticultural knowledge and people skills, as well as being on the tools as well.

You will be used to physical, outdoor work and be able to manage a team of horticulturists maintaining gardens on several sites. A Manual drivers licence is essential - please do not apply if you do not have a current Manual Drivers licence.

You must supply your own steel cap boots, but all other PPE is provided on the job, along with a professional and neat uniform.

You will be responsible for the landscape maintenance of a number of fast growing and well maintained residential developments in the Sunshine West region.
