The Role The National Office is seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about their work to join our team as a Team Leader. Overseeing customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Fostering robust communication channels with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
Offering continuous guidance and mentoring to the customer service team to cultivate and sustain an efficient, professional unit.
Assessing current procedures and systems concerning customer service and order processing, and proposing new protocols as necessary.
Administering local contract pricing.
Ensuring that the Customer Service team interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing customer concerns to safeguard and enhance the brand.
You
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a warm and approachable demeanor.
A keen sense of urgency, oriented towards meeting deadlines, and possessing exceptional time management skills.
Proficiency in managing complex tasks.
Extensive background in a Team Leader role within customer service, preferably in a technical or production setting, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office software.
Solid industry expertise.
Experience with Infor Syteline is advantageous, though not mandatory.
