How you'll make a difference
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enriching community experiences through our vibrant library services! As a key figure in our organisation, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, driving engagement through innovative programming tailored to all age groups across our four libraries and hubs in the Hepburn Shire
Key Responsibilities
- Provide programming initiatives to captivate all age groups and foster community engagement.
- In collaboration with Coordinator Customer Experience, refine procedures and guidelines to ensure a consistent library service experience.
- Collaborate with Council officers to determine possible library collaboration.
- Lead a dedicated team of library staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills in all practices.
- Manage staff rosters and oversee site operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Our ideal candidate
If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for libraries and community building, we invite you to apply and contribute to the success of our library services in the Hepburn Shire. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents through the power of knowledge and engagement. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in Library services and operations would be preferable but not essential.
