The role
We are seeking a Team Leader, Customer Service (Libraries) to join the Team name team. Reporting to the Head of Libraries your role is to:
- Provide operational and leadership management across 8 branches with 3 Branch Coordinators
- Drive Customer Service and library service development across the libraries team
- Implement change management processes to support the delivery of the Library Strategy and Service Review
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in managing various aspects of a large library service including leadership development and operations
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and team members to deliver a desired result
- Ability to demonstrate the City of Kingston’s values of Future Orientated, Accountable, Dynamic, Expert, Community and Celebration
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in Library services management; and
- Tertiary qualifications in library management, leadership, community development or related discipline.

The salary for this position starts at (Band 7) $104,653 per annum plus superannuation.
