Team Leader (Major Projects) is where innovation meets community impact! In this role you'll lead transformative initiatives, driving excellence in statutory Planning Services. What you'll bring to our team
- Degree: Town planning or a related discipline and Knowledge of relevant Acts and Regulations,
- Experience: Substantial experience in statutory planning or strategic planning with at least 2 years of previous experience dealing with major applications, developers and the community. Have a strong appreciation of strategic objectives and the link to planning controls
- Leadership: strong Team Leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and empower a team of driven town planners
- Results Orientation: Set high goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

- Option to take up a monthly RDO.
- Full-time permanent position (76 hours per week).
- Salary range between $104,442 - $116,870 (Band 7) per annum, plus 11% superannuation.
