The role:
- Establish a statewide recruitment capability to ensure that the Agency is able to recruit and retain a full establishment of Doctors in Training (DiT).
- Develop strategies, practices and protocols to facilitate the statewide recruitment of DiT.
- Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the supply of DiT to each region.
- Lead and oversee the Medical Staffing unit.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $104,756 to $118,730 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or extensive experience in the management and delivery of human resources, preferably in a health/hospital setting.
