Access theTell me more...Manage the delivery of the Mental Health services within a quality improvement framework and within a complex and varied environment across the multidisciplinary team over multiple sites within the Torres and Cape Region.This role may be eligible for the Queensland Health Attraction Incentive. See link -To be successful in this role you will have:

• Provide managerial and operational leadership in conjunction with the Director of MHAODS in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs, policies, procedures protocols, State-wide and National Standards enhancing service delivery and coordination across the continuum of care across the MHAODS network.
• Sound knowledge of and experience in the application of Mental Health standards, policy, strategies and legislation including recovery and consumer and carer participation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability, to provide high level authoritative counsel, consultation, negotiation, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with complex issues, to stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:

• Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and if applicable registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association.
