• You'll drive clinical governance and leadership, ensuring adherence to national Mental Health standards and legislative frameworks.
• Be pivotal in developing a culturally appropriate services which embraces interventions such as traditional healing .
• Play an integral role in strategic development, coordination, integration, and evaluation of the Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Mental Health management team to align our strategies with the Commonwealth, State, and WACHS Mental Health initiatives.
• Lead a dynamic team of staff, providing mentorship, overseeing training, managing administrative functions, conducting workforce planning, and coordinating leave schedules.

Under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the joint operational management of Kimberley Mental Health & Drug Service (KMHDS) programs in conjunction with relevant Coordinators, Team Leaders, and the Clinical Director. • Eligible for registration in health or behavioural sciences (psychology, occupational therapy, social work, nursing).
• Extensive knowledge and experience in a community-based Mental Health and/or alcohol and drug service.
