About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Mentor and lead the team in their day-to-day operations
- Liaise with the Sheriff to ensure continuity of service for the client
- Maintain all relevant shift reports and documents as required by the client and MSS
- Conduct initial incident investigations
- Control Room Operations (CCTV monitoring and access control)
Skills and experience
- Experience in Control Room Operations (2+ years desirable)
- Experience in a site-based leadership position (Team leader / Site Supervisor)
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- First Aid, CPR certificate and Working with Childrens Clearance
- Open driver's license
- Ability to work effectively in a high tempo environment
