Team Leader / PA – Planned & responsive maintenance services
Rapid Construction Pty Limited, established in 1990, provides Planned & responsive maintenance services to a range of clients through our specialist Facilities Maintenance Division. We require a Team Leader to fill a key position in this team, coordinating service delivery to various clients including but not limited to Social and Community Housing providers. The role is office-based in North Parramatta, full-time, and hours of work are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Precise remuneration within the region $70k through $90k will be discussed and negotiated with the successful candidate and be based upon skills, qualifications, and experience. A probation period of 3 months generally applies to our roles.
Reporting to the Manager FM Division, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing our team involved in the receipt, review, processing and allocation of work orders to tradespeople & supply chain
- Coordination of admin personnel and data related to work orders issued to internal and subcontracting tradespeople, supervisors, clients, and social housing residents
- Monitoring KPI status for compliant time, quality, safety, and environment parameters
- Preparation of quotations and reports for clients
- Maintenance of service delivery data in internal and client electronic work order management systems
- Providing guidance and support to the admin/data team, and to internal and subcontracting tradespeople
- General administrative and PA functions
Experience with WorkBuddy or other work order management platforms, and client-deployed management portals, is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold current and unrestricted working rights for Australia, be resident within the Greater Sydney Metropolitan region, and be able to travel to North Parramatta to attend work
- Have previous experience in a similar role servicing the social & community housing and/or Planned & responsive maintenance sectors
- Be energetic and enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess advanced spoken and written communication skills
- Take pride in the provision of excellent customer service
- Display flexibility, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to problem solve efficiently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Possess advanced skills in the Office365 suite, in particular in Outlook, Excel and Word and be able to keep track of multiple work, communication, and document streams
- Hold a working knowledge of trade terminology around carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance in a residential setting
