Construction Administrator

They currently have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join their team Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows : 

Construction Administrator

• Provision of admin support across the Construction team including; liaising with and organising trades, suppliers and contractors.
• Managing covenants, council submissions etc
• Certificate management
• Solving queries of new clients
• Keeping clients updated on the build process
• General administration duties
• Reception duties as and when needed 

To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:

• Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction industry is essential
• Solid understanding of the residential build process
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail  
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. 
• Proficient in Onsite Companion software is preferred 
• Backed with good references
