They currently have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join their team Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows :
Construction Administrator
- Provision of admin support across the Construction team including; liaising with and organising trades, suppliers and contractors.
- Managing covenants, council submissions etc
- Certificate management
- Solving queries of new clients
- Keeping clients updated on the build process
- General administration duties
- Reception duties as and when needed
- Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction industry is essential
- Solid understanding of the residential build process
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Onsite Companion software is preferred
- Backed with good references
