About the Role
TL will Providing guidance and support to retail and sales staff, managing day to day activities with in the store, allocating workloads across the retail team, ensuring we are providing an exceptional level of customer service to all guest, therapists and trade partners, keeping up to date with training for current and new products in our range, processing payments and cash handling, completing stock replenishment, merchandising and general cleaning of the sales floor, along with any other required duties as needed.
Team Leader position is a 12 months Full time position based at Novita Tech Store in Hindmarsh, with possibility of further extension or permanency as per service delivery requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Retail, Business, Disability Services or similar relevant discipline (Desirable)
- Minimum 2 years experience within the Assistive Technology industry.
- Experience leading a team of staff to achieve a common goal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and personal presentation with a preparedness to work collaboratively with both internal and external staff, customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service to other staff members, customers and stakeholders and ensure a consistent approach to service delivery standards.
- Ability to exercise initiative and manage multiple tasks through effective task management and prioritisation.
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and provide leadership support to others within the team.
Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000.
