You will be Team Leader for one of three three planning teams, with six direct reports. The Team Leader is responsible for enabling the whole team to strive for excellence and deliver quality outcomes for the community through implementing a range of Statutory Planning services.
This is a hybrid working model, with two to three days in the office each week. Open t part-time arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have some formal leadership experience in Urban planning.
Requirements include:
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
- Extensive experience working in Local Government within Victoria.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to supervise the day-to-day activities of a small multi-skilled team, delivering Statutory Planning services, including giving technical planning guidance and direction to staff within the team.
