The Team Leader provides leadership and guidance and is primarily responsible for the performance of the team. This position requires the willingness to develop effective leadership skills and a positive, proactive and forward-thinking approach to achieving financial, contractual and team KPIs. There will also be times where this position will need to be hands-on assisting case managers in attending to client appointments.

About the role....
- Provide effective leadership and promote a positive team culture
- Lead the team to achieve targets
- Ensure contractual compliance to relevant deeds, policy and legislation.
- Develop and manage strong ongoing relationships with stakeholders
- Provide case management support to consultants.
- Provide timely and accurate data and reports when required
- Manage complaints and feedback at a local level, whilst escalating or informing management as appropriate
- Complete administrative and compliance tasks in a timely manner
We require someone with:
- Strategic leadership skills with hands-on people management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop others through formal and informal methods
- The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
- Confident negotiation skills & resilient in nature
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Some experience in the Employment Services field
- A current drivers' licence with the ability to travel as required
