We are currently seeking a full-time permanent staff member to join our team based in our Sunshine office.
Team Leader Young Communities
Reporting to the Coordinator Youth Services, we are seeking a driven person who can bring their skills, experience and knowledge to the role to:
Support a small but dynamic team of 4 staff
Continue to develop the work of the team through a diverse range of youth leadership initiatives
To be considered, you will have:
A degree qualification in social science, youth work, social work, community development, education or a related/equivalent field with at least 2 years relevant experience in the delivery of youth services.
Demonstrated experience working in a community/service planning role with management responsibilities.
