This award winning director is looking for a Team Manager to run his operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of mortgage professionals, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Loan Application Management: Handle loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and timely.
- Credit Knowledge: Utilize your extensive credit knowledge to assess and guide loan applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your banking or broking background to understand and manage various scenarios with lenders.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced role, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of extensive credit knowledge.
- Proven experience in banking or broking, with a solid understanding of lender scenarios, be able to deal with self employed and PAYG deals.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
