WC Innovations is the sole Australian distributor of Exeloo automated public toilets. A superior public toilet option for our clients. We sell, clean and maintain these units and have been doing so for 30 years. We have offices in SA, WA and Victoria. We provide a full solution approach for our clients including cleaning and maintenance. This role is responsible for that team in Victoria.
Qualifications & experience
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience and are be confident in managing and leading a team.
- Exellent written and verbal communication. You must have the ablility to communicate effectively with the cleaning team, management and clients.
- Experienced with excel and Outlook. You will be using a Field Management system so exposure to such would be advantagous but not essential.
- A technical mindset advantageous but not essential.
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Police check and Working with Childrens check.
- You must hold a valid Victorian drivers licence.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the cleaning and maintenance teams. Conduct regular Toolbox meetings.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation and workflow to ensure efficient operations utltising our field management software system.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork and continous improvement through mentoring and training.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Manage team resources optimising efficiency while ensuring equitable distribution of workload. Formalise the training process for new employees in conjunction with the Operations Director.
- Fulltime role; Thursday to Monday and on call these days. 6am starts. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are your days off. The Company operates 7 days per week including public holidays.
