About the Roles:
We are looking for passionate people to join our growing business in the following roles:
Administration Support Officer
Customer Progression Officer
These roles are permanent, full-time positions (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and the location is flexible for the right candidate.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:

Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
A strong community focus and passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
High level attention to detail.
A demonstrated ability to confidently manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes.
A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow professional relationships with a diverse range of people and groups.
Previous experience in administration, customer servicing, financial or compliance role.
