The successful candidate will be able to tick off most of the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative office-based role supporting team members and clients. Any lending or credit experience would be beneficial, but not required.
- Someone who naturally shows initiative and loves to support their teammates to free up their time and exceed client expectations.
- Proficient in administration and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have a natural flair for noticing potential mistakes and strong attention to detail to not make mistakes.
- Proven experience being able to meticulously support and organise yourself, a person/people within your team, and clients. Evidence of time management and influencing others to deliver on time are crucial skills.
- You have an interest in Home Loans and are willing to learn about the lending process, products, and services.
The Role:
- Provide timely administrative support to Home Loan Specialists.
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process Home Loans applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
- Help manage the Home Loan Specialist's email box and appointment scheduling and preparation with clients.
- Follow up with clients to provide relevant information and documents to secure them a home loan.
- Ensure there is professional, open, and effective communication between team members in the business, referral parties, clients, and all other key stakeholders during the client engagement and home loan application, lodgement, and settlement process.
