We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our team.
About the Role
As the Personal Assistant, you would be responsible for providing high level personal, administrative, and business services support to the team. Success in this role will come from immersing yourself in the business and the culture, keeping abreast of the status of the workflows and anticipating the needs of the team.
Day-to-day, your key responsibilities will include:
Inbox and calendar management Document management – OCR and filing of documentsTeam member expense managementAssistance with month end billingUndertake basic research and investigation on specific issuesProvide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of office operationsProvide leadership on administrative projects and event managementAbout You
At least 2 years experience in an administrative roleHighly organised and detail oriented with an agile approach to tasks and situations. Great verbal communication skills, calm and professional under pressure.High level written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a diverse range of materials. Digital literacy including using Office 365 and other cloud-based business applications.Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage tasks proactively.Proven ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a team-based environment.If you have a curious nature, enjoy learning and doing a great job, we'd like to hear from you.
